The bergamot personality is young, fresh, caring and considerate - every-thing a granny would expect from the younger generation. Being around Bergamot can be as joyful an experience as walking through a field of the sunflowers that inspired van Gogh. Although Bergamot types are not necessarily young in years they will always be young at heart and have a joyful approach to life. While they acknowledge the bad or negative things in life they don't allow them to overcome all the beauty and happiness that can be found. Indeed, they view good and positive things as all-embracing.

This personality is caring, considerate and full of energy. They're often found in the caring professions or in any job that requires large amounts of energy, skill and enthusiasm. Being very positive, confident and out-going. bergamots are never afraid to put themselves in line for the best position. They often drift towards the media, in which they enjoy being up-front - maybe as a presenter or spokesperson, a role in which they can display a charismatic personality - a feature too of their personal life.

The Bergamot personality is also very good with children as their energy level is very compatible, and they understand the thrill of new adventure. Fun, for a bergamot, might be climbing up Mount Everest or rowing down white water bin a canoe.

However, this is the outward personality. Inwardly, Bergamots may suffer depression and, just as many other personality types can, they can easily plummet quite quickly into the depths of despair when things get too much, even for them to bear. But Bergamot never really allows anyone to really seen just how down they can get, or how sad they're feeling - it just isn't in their nature to do so. Because of this, people are inclined to think they haven't a care in the world. Nobody may suspect that behind their mask, a Bergamot may be inwardly crying with emotional pain. Only the empathy exhibited towards others who are feeling distressed may give them away.

This might be said of Bergamot: 'You wouldn't think he (or she) would be able to understand how I feel. he is always cheerful , but he understood, and I felt I could tell him everything. I always feel so much better but poor old Bergamot would have shouldered the distress and, unless they're really on top of things at the time, it could compound the low feelings they already have.

Another phrase that is applied to someone with Bergamot in their personality profile is 'they'll be all right, they're tough, they can handle it and never let anything get them down.'

If only people knew! Bergamot can certainly get down, but whenever you meet this personality it will be a tonic, and you'll feel all the better for it.
